How does it work?
DEKRA has chosen a partner EUROHELP BULGARIA LTD as a coordination center for Bulgaria.
It seeks greater cooperation between Bulgarian insurers and their correspondents nominated to act on their behalf outside Bulgaria. In the case of the accident, taking place out of Bulgaria and the Bulgarian driver is found guilty, the Coordination Centre receives information about the circumstances surrounding the event. Inspection of the files, requiring additional evidence is carried out by the Coordination Centre in Bulgaria. Exchange of experience, advice and taking prompt and appropriate solution on the resulting claim to the Bulgarian insurer will reduce the costs and avoid additional expenses.

Manager of EUROHELP BULGARIA is Adreana Lazarova. She began her career in motor insurance and settlement of international claims in Motor Insurance Company – MIC in 1991 year. She has worked for Bulstrad Insurance < Reinsurance Co. in Green Card Devision, and in 2000 year was appointed as Director “Marketing” Department. In 2002 she accepted a challenge to create and manage “Green Card” Department in “Allianz Bulgarian” and convey her experience to their colleagues in the company. Involved with teaching and has undergone numerous specializations in the country and abroad. Holds a diploma in insurance practice by The Chartered Insurance Institute (Dip CII) and is a member.
